I will comment on manuscripts in a general way. I am not line a editor or copyeditor. However, I will recommend "book doctors" or freelance editors who have worked successfully with clients of mine. I do not get involved in negotiating fees for these editors.  I expect authors to deliver the cleanest, most precise manuscripts they are capable of producing.
